This extremely tough and quiet engine offers TVCS (Three Vortex Combustion System) for better emission and lower fuel consumption. The lithium-ion battery allows drive and boom operation with no emission when working indoors is required.
This configuration is made for those who primarily work indoors. Equipped with the world record holding company for long range vehicle battery operation Kaitec lithuim-ion battery pack. No wire, no combustion and no boundaries. The ultra-fast charger can be powered by either 110V or 208-240V AC power.
The wireless remote control will take charge of all movements for drive, outriggers and boom operations from ground. It also provides the best wireless perspective and flexibility when driving in tight places. An on-board battery charger and extra battery are included.
► VIDEO: Short demonstration of wireless remoteVery popular in the Utility and Tree Care markets, the one-man fiberglass basket will bring even more efficiency to those who often work in very tight places and hard-to-reach areas. There is no need to remove it at insertion and its dimensions makes it easy to insert within structures, branches, etc.
Despite all your planning and care, accidents unfortunately happen. The 1/4-inch heavy duty thick aluminum plates composing the hostile kit will greatly minimize the impacts of such accidents on vital components of the unit: ground lever controls, outrigger switches and cylinders.
This unit offers full horizontal outreach as a standard feature even when the basket is at full weight capacity.
Offering 360 degrees of reach, 180 degrees each way all around the clock not continuous, this feature allows working at multiple areas from the same stabilization spot. It is a distinctive feature of all compact lifts.
All units are equipped standard with GFI double outlet, with cable running through the boom. Perfect to use electric tools up in the basket.
A standard 3000 PSI air/water line runs from ground to basket through the boom to offer more flexibility and less weight in the basket.
Providing a major increase in both stability and weight distribution, black deep thread rubber tracks also bring an enhanced climbing capability to your unit. Made of durable rubber with a steel belt reinforcement, they are built to last.
In case of minor problems or accidents, emergency descent system will get the operator down by doing boom operations, outrigger setup and drive the unit if need be. Units are always equipped with manual pumps to move the oil, but an electric pump is available as an option.
All units are equipped with 2 standard harness anchor points located inside the aluminum basket. An additional anchor point is located on the fiberglass basket’s floor if the unit is equipped with this basket.
Multi-layer powder coat baked paint is applied before parts assembly, offering the same protection everywhere on parts. Customs colors are available in option.
All Easy Lift units’ booms and structural components are made from Swedish high tensile flexible Domex SSAB steel. It allows the production of smaller, yet more resistant components.

A key element to refined working position, real hydraulic rotation offers better insertion and final adaptability, and allows optimal working conditions.
► VIDEO: Rotation 90 - 90 full hydraulicDesigned to easily provide extensive stability to this particularly narrow unit, the real hydraulic track extension system will increase ground clearance and provide extensive stability for loading and climbing.
Proportional ground controls allow smooth movements from both ground and basket controls. From the basket, an electric signal is sent down to ground and levers perform movements.
The hydraulic compensation system will keep the basket leveled to the ground all the time without any interaction required from the operator. For specific needs and tricky situations, there is a manual override.
Strategically positioned tie-down anchor points in the back and front of your unit will ease your transport on a trailer.
This audible alarm will go as long as the unit moves, in combustion or electric mode. With safety standards present and future, this is a great safety asset.
The wind factor needs to be considered at all time when working in heights. Easy Lift units are fully safe under 28 Mph.
The anti-overload system is designed to prevent operation of a unit with an overloaded basket. An alarm and a red light, both at base and basket, will warn you. This system can be verified by operator during daily inspection.
In case of minor problems or accidents, emergency descent system will get the operator down by doing boom operations, outrigger setup and drive the unit if need be. Units are always equipped with manual pumps to move the oil, but an electric pump is available as an option.
The passive stability management system is a working envelope monitored by several sensors and put together by a flow control. It is designed to prevent dangerous movements.

All units are equipped with independently operable high speed booms, allowing far better insertion strategies and a lot more flexibility.
This is defined by how easy will you be able to climb any given obstacle (stairways, slopes, crosswalks, etc.) with limited use of ramps, wood blocks or else. The knowledge of this standard Easy Lift feature is crucial to make the best choice. This will be a blessing each and every time the unit will be used.

Minimal cover dismounting is required to access most of the main emergency components of the unit. Switches and hydraulics are easily accessible, allowing inspection and repairs right on the job site if required.
The electrical system is composed of standard 12V, North American, easy to find, Solid State, and compatible components. No hassle in finding 24V parts!
Wear pads can be adjusted easily, no shimming required. Most can be replaced without the need to de-booming for extra convenience.

Multi-layer powder coat baked paint is applied before parts assembly, offering the same protection everywhere on parts. This option will allow color matching through the RAL International Color Code to paint your unit with your own company colors.
Bringing a harmed operator or broken basket control to the ground is always possible from the base using the emergency descent procedure. The electric 12V emergency pump just makes it easier since no manual pumping is required to move the oil and build pressure.

Never leave black marks anymore on any surface: concrete, brick patio, stone, marble, wood, epoxy coating, and so on. You will drive on non-marking tracks with peace of mind and won’t need to bite on your profit to clean up afterwards.
► Video comparing black vs non-marking tracksThe outriggers needs some travel when they lift tracks off the ground. There are a few options available: 16 X 24 or 20 X 40 with or without sliding rails. Custom-made Teflon pads are designed to insure best load of each leg as well as best performance overall for operator.
With increasing safety regulations, this small option will soon make a huge difference and determine whether you will be able to go or not on a jobsite. Well worth it!
For a better view of the working area, under all circumstances, this powerful lamp will bring the sun everywhere.
Without a doubt purchasing a lift from UPequip was one of the most lucrative purchases in my career . As a 20 year tree climbing veteran it was a nice break up in the daily grind to not have to climb everything all the time. I love climbing but you simply cannot beat the production…
It’s been a while since I’ve posted anything here, but I felt compelled to share my experience with the folks @ UP Equipment. While I haven’t bought a significant number of brand new pieces of machinery, I have had years of experience trying to work with manufacturers to dial out the bugs and difficulties with…
As a customer from the US, I was a little apprehensive about buying equipment from a vendor in Canada for when repairs/maintenance issues arose, but UPequip has been very helpful and prompt in answering any questions we've had regarding our lift. UpEquip has been valuable asset to our business. As an equipment rental company, our 70-36A spider lift was a phenomenal addition to our fleet. Alain was incredibly helpful during the buying process, and we know their service department is a quick phone call away should we need any assistance. Highly recommend!
I purchase a 61-36A machine a couple of years ago. Overall, I’m very happy with the machine and extremely happy with the service I’ve received from UPEquip. The machine suits my needs very well and have had few problems. I have had a few issues with electrical problems.. The AC/DC converter went bad twice but…
I purchased an EasyLift 87-48AJ from Up Equipment in March of 2020. It has done an excellent job for us, more than doubling production on any job requiring a climber. In fact, I no longer employ a climber. If I cannot get the EasyLift close enough to a tree on a prospective job, I simply…
