The 208-240V AC motor allows drive and boom operation with no emission, ideal for indoor use.

This configuration is made for those who primarily work indoors. Equipped with the world record holding company for long range vehicle battery operation Kaitec lithuim-ion battery pack. No wire, no combustion and no boundaries. The ultra-fast charger can be powered by either 110V or 208-240V AC power.
The wireless remote control will take charge of all movements for drive, outriggers and boom operations from ground. It also provides the best wireless perspective and flexibility when driving in tight places. An on-board battery charger and extra battery are included.

All hoses and harnesses are routed inside of the boom, and protected by a heavy duty unbreakable patented telescopic power track. All hoses and harnesses can be inspected and replaced quickly right on the job site.
The hydraulic compensation system will keep the basket leveled to the ground all the time without any interaction required from the operator. For specific needs and tricky situations, there is a manual override.
There are multiple outrigger positions since every outrigger is mounted on a swing-out pivot, allowing standard position (wide), narrow position or, for crowded floors, it is possible to mix positions for more flexibility.

The anti-overload system is designed to prevent operation of a unit with an overloaded basket. An alarm and a red light, both at base and basket, will warn you. This system can be verified by operator during daily inspection.
For faster and more efficient troubleshooting from basket and base, the easy-to-read pilot lamps will quickly tell which condition isn’t met or what the current situation is.

On this unit, the amplitude of the jib is 140 degrees, allowing a total clearance of basket for all types of circumstances. It also allows a 10 foot height flexibility without touching the main booms.

Wear pads can be adjusted easily, no shimming required. Most can be replaced without the need to de-booming for extra convenience.
This is defined by how easy will you be able to climb any given obstacle (stairways, slopes, crosswalks, etc.) with limited use of ramps, wood blocks or else. Despite all your planning and care, accidents unfortunately happen. The 1/4-inch heavy duty thick aluminum plates composing the hostile kit will greatly minimize the impacts of such accidents on vital components of the unit: ground lever controls, outrigger switches and cylinders.
Never leave black marks anymore on any surface: concrete, brick patio, stone, marble, wood, epoxy coating, and so on. You will drive on non-marking tracks with peace of mind and won’t need to bite on your profit to clean up afterwards.

There is no need to remove it at insertion and its dimensions makes it easy to insert within structures, branches, etc.
The outriggers needs some travel when they lift tracks off the ground. There are a few options available: 16 X 24 or 20 X 40 with or without sliding rails. Custom-made Teflon pads are designed to insure best load of each leg as well as best performance overall for operator.
With increasing safety regulations, this small option will soon make a huge difference and determine whether you will be able to go or not on a jobsite. Well worth it!
